RETURNS
One month return policy applies to amber teething necklaces only. Goods must be returned at your expense, complete and undamaged, properly packaged.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND REFUNDS
The provision of goods and/or services by ‘amber4angels’ is subject to availability; as such we cannot guarantee the availability of any product. If a product is unavailable ‘amber4angels’ will refund the client in full within 30 days.
DELIVERY POLICY
Regular counter collection delivery with tracking number is free, Speed Service overnight counter collection service is at an additional charge of R60.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed via e-mail with your tracking number. Please allow a maximum of 7 days for your delivery; though it usually is faster.
‘Amber4angels’ cannot be held responsible for late arrival of orders or goods arriving damaged. These are totally out of our control, although to date we have never had an incident. Our products are extremely well packed prior to shipping.
We do not accept responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the client.
WEBSITE CONTENT
Should erroneous and/or outdated prices be displayed on the website, the client agrees that ‘amber4angels‘ will not be obliged to sell a product at such a price.
